Sexual Assault on College Campuses
Discussion Question
Imagine there is a job posting for the organization, End Rape On Campus (EROC). Although it is not posted as an occupational therapy (OT) position, the qualifications and job description seem to align with values of OT. You feel your scope of practice could benefit this population. Describe how you would advocate for the profession of occupational therapy to the associate director of EROC in order to secure this position. How would you relate the potential benefits of OT to survivors of sexual assault in college?
